Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with instantly.tools. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Digital Goods — General Policy

All purchases on instantly.tools — including subscriptions, credit packs, and one-time tool purchases — are for digital goods and services that are delivered immediately upon payment. Because of the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales are generally final.

2. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Granted

We may grant a refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
  • Service unavailability — the specific tool or feature you purchased was not functionally available for an extended period after purchase through no fault of your own.
  • New subscription within 3 days — if you purchased a subscription for the first time and have not used any premium features, you may request a full refund within 3 days of the charge.

We generally do not issue refunds for:

  • Subscription renewals (cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges);
  • Partially used credit packs;
  • Accounts suspended for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Dissatisfaction with tool output when the tool performed as described.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at daeventuresllc@gmail.com within the applicable window. Please include:

  • The email address on your account;
  • The date of purchase and approximate amount charged;
  • A brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access to premium features continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of Paid Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
