Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the instantly.tools platform. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users, whether free or paid. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use instantly.tools to create, process, store, or transmit:

  • Content that is illegal under applicable law;
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors;
  • Content designed to harass, threaten, or incite violence against specific individuals or groups;
  • Malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code;
  • Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party without authorization.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Abuse free tiers — use free-tier access in a manner designed to circumvent usage limits or replicate paid functionality at scale;
  • Automated scraping — use bots, crawlers, or scripts to systematically extract data, content, or generated outputs from the Service without written permission;
  • Account sharing — share login credentials or grant unauthorized parties access to a paid account;
  • Reverse engineering — attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from any part of the platform;
  • Denial of service — send an abnormal volume of requests that degrades the Service for other users;
  • Credential abuse — attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or backend systems;
  • Misrepresentation — impersonate instantly.tools, its staff, or any other person or entity.

3. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, input, or generate using the Service. instantly.tools does not review all content processed by its tools. However, we reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts without notice if we become aware of violations.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in any of the following, at our sole discretion:

  • Warning or notice to cease the activity;
  • Temporary suspension of your account;
  • Permanent termination of your account without refund;
  • Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required or appropriate.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe a user is violating this AUP, please report it to daeventuresllc@gmail.com. Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate effectively.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
